Hmm the more people talk about it, the more I think that maybe I shouldnt. Spending £6 a week just to try and get myself into the right mindset is a bit of a waste... when really MFP is teaching you exactly the same! I dunno. :( Just feel so discouraged at the moment.

I agree with neclkines being important. I NEVER wear proper tshirts... always one with a v-neck. Best way to go. :)

Thanks for the info. :) Do you know how much she charges for a session? I was thinking about using the 'at home service' as the surely with the 'in gym' service, you have to pay for the gym membership ontop of the personal trainer costs?

See this is what I don't understand. Everyone says you shouldnt eat below your BMR... but MFP has my calorie goal set at BELOW my BMR. Websites tell me that my BMR is 1773.9.calories a day... yet MFP has me set at 1690 calories a day. If I shouldnt be eating below my BMR then why does MFP set me to that? and thats for a…
