  • I am ashamed to admit that I did the Cambridge Diet for a bit. True I lost loads of weight but as soon as I started back onto food the weight just piled on. In 2 years after coming off it, I'm a lot bigger now then I was when I started. :-( I wasted A LOT of money on it as it's about £62 a week!

  • I have just got this! Thinking about pausing my Insanity and doing this one instead. While I love Insanity, the workout times are a bit long for me at the moment. Hopefully this will be a good substitute. :)

  • Feel free to add me too. Whilst my knee problems haven't been so severe as yours... my doctor warned me that if i didn't loose weight then I would be looking at a knee operation very early on. Good for you on re-starting this journey! Best advice I can give: Take every day as it comes.

  • I always think about doing my exercise in the morning but I like to cuddle in bed before getting up... I'd have to get up earlier then my boyfriend and that alone is miserable. lol He already gets up at 6:30!. But then... I guess if i want it enough then I would do it.

  • I have used it. I used it while I was at uni. I would say It helped... but I think it was mostly a mental help then anything else. I personally wouldnt waste your money!
