So you do all realize that these games were started to get to your passwords, right? All of the items being asked (first pet's name, mother's maiden name, first street lived on, etc) are all common password reset "secret questions"... I'm not usually paranoid, and I'm sure the OP was only repeating a game previously played…

I would suggest adding sodium to your log as well - looks like a lot of your foods are high sodium (but I'm no expert).

Look at them as exercise calories and treat them as you are treating your other exercise calories. The adjustment is the difference between the "sedentary" setting you have in MFP, and the actual calories burned with movement (at least as the fitbit calculates them). For example, I don't log my walking as an individual…

I was right with you yesterday... My PMS cravings allowed me to justify eating something like 11 oreo cheesecake truffles - and if you don't know what they are - google them at your own risk... That was around 1800 calories alone... But today was better...

IMHO: Log your food every single day - good or bad, under or over, log it... Surround yourself with supportive people - there are a TON of them on this site. Lean on them when you need to, and support them when you can. Add me if you'd like - you can do this!!

Springsteen wrote it as "deuce" as in the hot rod. However, when it was recorded (and made big) by MME's band, they did in fact sing "douche"... at least that is what Springsteen said in an interview at one time.... if you listen to the original (Bruce's) version - it was "deuce"
