Middle Aged Texting Codes
Just received this in an email... MIDDLE AGED TEXTING CODES: ATD - at the doctor. BFF - best friend fell. BTW - bring the wheelchair. BYOT - bring your own teeth. FWIW - forgot where I was. GGPBL - gotta go, pacemaker battery low. GHA - got heartburn again. IMHO - is my hearing aid on? LMDO - laughing my dentures out. LOL…
When do you journal your food?
I do the entire day either the day before or first thing in the morning. I then add/remove as each meal passes based on what I did, but I find this helps me to stay on track somehow. Maybe the planning? I'm wondering when everyone else journals and why (if there is a reason)...
