  • I am a huge Patriots fan :) I am not however a rude fan and respect that you can like whoever you choose! I also hate when someone takes it personally that I dont like their favorite team. It's just a team guys lighten up :)
  • Welcome to MFP I am a newbie too I have about 100 lbs to lose-I too find my self hungry on a "diet" and then gorging after a few days. Unfortunately there is no easy button on this but I too have a "cheat day" as a reward. at least that is my plan this time around. Good luck to you I wish I had some more solid advice.
  • I have taken it and it works wonders totally non addicting and safe--all natural--in fact my 9 year old son takes a low dose of Melatonin because he has anxiety issues and can't fall asleep on his own!
  • I have the wii fit plus--it is alot of fun and you can burn a good amount of calories depending on what "activity" you choose. some of the games are easy enough that my 4 year old plays along with me :)
  • I think a bit of both I notice I eat more during my TOM but I am also bloated with the extra water weight--I have been trying to aoid weighing if I am on it so that I dont get upset and fall off the get fit wagon
  • Hi I am new too! I have been on the site a week and I weigh tomorrow to see any loss. My name is Carissa. Good luck on your journey. I know I am going to need it too :)
  • I drink Crystal Light and Mio liquid both--I have no problems. When I was going to the gym (once upon a time) my trainer told me that it was ok to drink if it meant I was getting in all my water for the day!
  • I could have been reading my own journal entry there! I have tried and tried and keep finding reasons to stop or put it off another day--I am hoping that by joining this site I can also find the motivation to be the best me I can be. I love some of the features on here that help me stay on track like creating my own…
  • I am new to this site and I too have sciatic nerve pain. Sometimes it is unbearable and sometimes not so much this is a great question I am glad you asked it because I have been wondering the same things.
