I have been doubling the oats with my instant packets. put about a 1/4 cup plain oats, a teaspoon of chopped walnuts and a teaspoon of dried cranberries. I usually drink a cup of "smooth move tea" from traditiona medicial. it doesn't taste horrible and It keeps me pretty regular with a morning BM. also Senna is a good one for getting this moving, can cause some stomach cramps. minor however. I've heard that too, because you are "stronger" to do your weight training at the beginning. but i too do my cardio first then move to weights.

Yes my feet get numb when I am on the eliptical. i wonder if it isn't because of the motion. you aren't actually lifting your feet??? curius i thought it was just me too. :laugh:

I am "required" to go once a month to keep good on my life time statis. During the summer I don't go as often as I would like. It does keep you anchered. I still have my "bad" days. this weekend for example. but you have the tools and the knowledge to get back on track. thats what i have to keep telling myself.

oh my gosh this is funny! legs straight up no knee fat. collar bones, I am felling myself all the time. oh and biceps! love to flex when no one is looking. obliques! when i was running yesterday my side hurt and i pressed on the pain and dang if there wasn't a muscle in the way!

I use it in stir fry. i shred zuccini (sp) toss in a hand full of broc slaw some onion peppers sometims, peas, basically load it with what ever veggies i have on hand.

County Fair is over. the kids did fabulous with there projects. live and non living. i got to do my jog. went 1.6 miles on the treadmill. getting back to the routine. have a great week ladies.
