I'm right there with ya! Hoping to break 150 Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday is my official weekly weigh-in day. I am 5'1.5". Can not wait to break 150. It's a milestone for me. Weekends are always a challenge. Fingers crossed! Don't know if I'll ever break 120. I think I'll be very happy if I get to 125. I have a larger frame…

Sweetpea129 - you look AMAZING! Good for you! Enjoy it!

I lost just over 100 lbs. in 2012. Have approx. 30 lbs. to go maybe? Will know it when I get there. I eat back every single one of my exercise calories and sometimes more and sweat everyday. :-) You can do it!

I am 5'1". Start weight was 260 (gulp). Current weight is 155. Goal weight is 125, atleast that is my best guess. We'll see as it gets closer. According to fat2fit radio military body fat calculator, I have a LBM of right at 100 lbs. so 125 would be about 20% body fat which sounds pretty stinking good to me. Goal size is a…

I am a hair under 5'1". I started using MFP in January 2012 at 265 lbs. and have lost 94.4 lbs. as of this morning. I am working toward losing another 40 lbs. or so. I had hoped to lose 100 lbs. by Jan. 2013 and to be at goal by May 2013 but my loss is suddenly very slow. I have recently changed my workout routine a bit so…

Yep, along with hypo-thyroid, adrenal fatigue and sleep apnea. It certainly adds to the challenge but does not prevent progress! Good luck!

Wow! You are stunning! Awesome work! :)

I will finish week 8 of Turbo Fire tomorrow. I started Turbo Fire at 206 lbs. I lost 9 lbs. in the first four weeks and it looks like I'll be at another 8-9 down when I weigh-in Monday morning. It's crazy hard for me. I very seriously considered quitting. I truly didn't think I would make it but I stuck with it and I'm…

Woohoo! Congratulations! You must feel absolutely amazing! I am 2-3lbs. away right now but I'm dying to cross that threshold. Keep up the awesome work. You WILL reach your goal! :)

Truly amazing! You look so beautiful in both but the "new" you looks radiant, happy and so young. Congrats!

Okay, I think I've got good numbers to work with now but I have a question about TDEE. If TDEE can be calculated by using recommended cals. + 20%, isn't that the TDEE for your goal weight? So, for someone like me who is a hella long way from goal weight, thus I'm carrying a lot of extra weight, wouldn't my actual TDEE be…

Never mind my earlier post. I think I have figured out where I was going wrong. I was measuring my waist below the navel as I saw recommended herein and re-measured according to fat2fit recommendation. Huge difference! Makes much more sense now! Thanks!

Okay, I have followed the map but fear I may have veered off course. When I input my numbers, horrible though they may be, it tells me I should have a goal weight of 107 lbs. with 30% body fat. Yikes! While short, just shy of 5'2", I have a larger frame and am very muscular. I would look terrible at 107 lbs. and I think it…

These photos are so incredibly motivating. Thank you for sharing your journey. Can I ask how tall you are? Our starting weights are the same. I'm trying to imagine what one-dear land will look like for me. It seems so far off.

As of last night, I am down 25.2 lbs. in 10 weeks. I am on track to hit 30 at 12 weeks and expect do to so. I am 5'2" but am also very overweight.

Thanks so much, funkycamper! I appreciate it and I think I will do exactly that. Hopefully I can blast through a lot of this quickly and then make the needed adjustments. Thanks so much!

I would love to eat more cals. but I do have a question. Here's some background info: -36 years old -5'2" -238 I started MFP 9.5 weeks ago and have currently lost 23.8 lbs. I Zumba 5 x's/week and burn approx. 400 cals. each time per my Polar FT4. I have MFP set at a loss of 2 lbs./week. Recommended cals. is 1240. Here's a…

Amazing! SO inspiring! My goal is similar but I am only beginning my journey. Thanks for sharing your success. It is so motivating to know that it can truly happen even if the road is a long and difficult one.
