  • Hi I started a couple of days ago. So far the food bit is going ok but cannot find any time/energy/motivation for exercise. Feel free to add me :) and good luck!
  • I am also on 5:2. Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays and today and my third fast day. It's definitely easier with every fast day and generally easier than I thought it would be. It's kind of liberating to know that tomorrow you can eat whatever you like!
