  • When I joined the group, I was not weighing, so i did not record even though I was following the method. The first couple of weeks in january, I struggled with eating enough calories. But have been good in the past 3 days, and have gone down 2.6 pounds. I'm currently at 146, so let's see what happens from here on out.

  • Don't know how you are eating, but make sure you are fueled before you do it. I could definately tel the difference depending on what I eat. I don't have specific suggestions, but make sure you are hydrated and have some carbs. I hear at least an hour before but not a heavy meal.
