  • I loooove all the muscle I've gained this past year while losing weight....but today I tried on an A cup and it was too big. Low point for sure. I'd say definitely worth it though
  • Agree with this! I tend to lose more during the holiday season every year. I feel like a boss when everyone else is overindulging that I have a stronger will to eat healthy! Makes me feel powerful and that I am in control :) Good luck!!
  • When I was in school, cooking anything stir-fry was my go to meal! I just had one big pan and threw all my veggies, tofu, meat, whatever in it and it cooked quickly. I started cooking extra and making my roommate food because it was just so easy and healthy. Definitely saved money, time, and clean-up.
  • I do this all the time...not my fault that there are only a few good treadmills that get the direct air flow of the fan overhead! I don't treat it like a race, but I think the people next to me think it is a challenge or something... Plus, I get inspired to be better and work harder when people are super fit and working…
  • same! oh man I thought I was the only one so severely addicted to salt haha. It was an actual problem! After a few months with mfp, I finally decided to just throw out all the salt and not buy it again. Much easier when it is not in the kitchen to have the option of adding to food.
  • That moment when your shirt accidentally lifts, showing your stomach while exercising at the gym...and you're not embarrassed if anyone saw it! So freeing!
  • Ahhh I'm also hoping someone posts some magical healthy delicious burger. I want!
  • Nope! I log every little thing I eat. Also, this keeps me from drinking too much when I go out with my friends, because it is too embarrassing to log! Happy that I made my diary public.
  • The Y!! I went there when I was living at home and absolutely loved it. Amazing classes and great atmosphere. Now, living in a college town and with the rec center closed on campus, I had to sign up for a gym nearby. I absolutely hated it (and some creeps staring and lurking) so I never went and it was a waste of money.…
  • it may not be quite as early as you're trying to do....but I get up at 6 and go to bed usually around 10:30. It was really difficult for me to get on that schedule (night owl) but the first few nights I took melatonin and now it has become an easy routine! I agree that the shred videos come in handy for those mornings you…
  • I have almost the same goals!! Im around 5'3, and my highest was 188 recently. Now I am at 177, with a goal weight of 120. Sounds like we both have a long way to go, but we can do it :)
  • I am in! Hopefully its not too late to get in on this?? I am new to this site, so don't really understand groups, but I love the idea of a group of college-aged people motivating each other. I started at 188, currently at 175, and my goal is eventually 125ish (i'm a shorty!). Senior Music major :)
