If you have netflix, or a computer with internet, there is a documentary called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". Its very easy to find... and it is AWESOME. This may help. Also.. you can add friends on here to help with motivation. I have an account on Pinterest and browse the Health & Fitness section and it gets me motivated…

Yeah all my pants are getting too big too. Had to buy a new pair today. Theres a thrift store near my house that has really awesome brands for cheap. Bought a pair of American Eagle pants today for 4 bucks!
