WOW Well done! I am a zumba addict too, have never found an exercise I enjoyed until now..... I am hoping when I get to goal that I can do my instructor training & show others that you can go from hating any exercise to panicking when you can't get to class lol!

My advice is to start higher, I started on around 1600 cals weighing 265lbs & now I am 193 & on 1300-1400 a day, I exercise at least 4-5 times a week but never eat my exercise cals..... Good Luck x

By Jan 1st I was already 30lbs down (started Oct 7th) but so far this year I am 21lbs down. I agree that you are best to lose it slowly, its more likely to stay off x

A friend told me this recently & my knees have given me pain for years so now I am 51lbs down that is over 200lbs pressure off them now, amazing!

I did but I weigh a LOT more than you do. I was on around 1200 calories a day & doing at least 1/2 hour exercise 4 times a week. I wish you luck x
