BUMP for after work!

My 5'5'' 95 lbs Mother-in-Law telling me that I am "getting too thin" (when I was 5'6'' and 132lbs.. pre pregnancy). Hmm, okay. Well I was not trying to lose anymore weight at that point just working on muscle gains/ definition. People seem to take me attentiveness to food/ working out as 'trying to lose weight'. This was…

Honestly, I've been there, seriously. In the past I had enough fat layers over my abdominals I couldn't properly perform crunches. I wouldn't stress about it to much, you are working to better yourself if anyone looks at you badly for that 'F' them! Now, anytime I see people running/ working out I cheer them on!…

Yes. Get rid of them. If you leave them in the house you leave 'going backwards' as an option. Just my thoughts though.
-
Yes, you can. I've gotten in trouble at work for taking too many bathroom breaks. It is agents codes of ethics and business guidelines outlined by the government and other agencies. SO, for the sake of lessening inter office tension I slowed down *slightly* on the water drinking but go to the bathroom when I need to.…

Nope. My best friend is my husband :)

I use the Brazil Butt Lift and I enjoy it! It's nothing too difficult, decently light but effective. I also use the Shakeology; it IS expensive but it has helped with alot of things better than many other different things I have tried. Give both of them a shot for yourself. What works for me may not quite work for you! I…

You may have just described my sister-in-law! *kidding.. but only JUST*

Yeah, I really should have.. at 19 weeks pregnant is not much of a belly and on that note it's not a "gut" its my baby! Although, this has spurred the job hunt even more.
-
The stupid manager at work who told me "I know you're proud of being pregnant.. but you need to work on sucking your gut in"....... Or the Hospital HR department people when I apply for an ENTRY LEVEL position (I am 3 years into my BS in Psychology) but they want 2+ years of experience in a "Hospital setting"! >-<

I would hug you if you were closer OP!! I am 19 weeks pregnant with my first and most of the information/ experiences I had found were NOT at all encouraging! You have amazing abs! Wonderful work!

Um, we got ALL of our decorations from Dollar Tree (candles, ribbon, tulle); got our flowers bulk from a local grocery store (saves a TON), we rented his tux, did my dress on payments, didn't have any alcohol at the luncheon (costs WAY to much to do that) and worked 'deals' with anything else we needed. Our rings were the…

Yup - The above is pretty much me.

You should be SO proud! you hard work is REALLY showing! Well done! You look amazing!

How much are you looking to lose? I am 5'6'' (small-ish to medium frame) and to lose weight I had to be at 1700 or my body just wouldn't "let go" of the additional stores. Plus, it gave me the additional energy/fuel I needed to work harder in my weight training/ cardio sessions. I think, overall, people tend to over-do the…

Oh, wow.. you are right!! A better version of Paris Hilton!

I ALWAYS get 'Casey Anthony' as my "celebrity" look alike! :/ The weeks of the trials I actually even had people stop me to ask to take pictures... I didn't think we looked THAT much alike. I kept my drivers license 'at the ready' to prove I was Audrey and not Casey!

Oh, THANK YOU!!!! This is VERY encouraging!! I will be 15 weeks pregnant on Sunday. I really needed this bit of encouragement today! And, if I may, your abs are AMAZING!!! You should feel awesome! Amazing work! :drinker:

Um, black flats.. because they were the quickest thing I could find this morning, as I had to tear around the house to get ready to leave for work :)

Before I became pregnant I was 131lbs and 5'6'' with a 16% body fat percentage. I had no gap between my legs. I was still very fit and with great muscle percentages. I have a pear shape (31-24-38). My SHAPE does not allow me to have the gap. My personal fitness level was still high. I'm not sure why the leg gap is the…

You are getting married on my birthday! You'll love being married, such an amazing commitment and journey!
-
I'm slightly above your 'shortie' requirement! I'm 5'6'' BUT all my height is in my torso and not my legs so I'll generally need petite length pants.. My maintenance weight is 130lbs (recently pregnant so will be working back to that once the baby makes his/her arrival).

I use the local YMCA (Since they are by FAR the cheapest 'gym option). Lifetime Fitness wanted a $150.00 'initialization fee' and a $75.00 administrative fee (both those fees were just at the start up) and THEN the $94.00 a month for my husband and I. All the other 'big name' gyms in my area had similar 'start up' costs…

Eh, *kitten* happens, life happens and accidents happen.. even with THE best of prevention, care and precautions. Its happens to the best, the smartest and the most prepared. It is just a fact of life. I don't want to make the normal parts of life more dangerous than they need to be. If they have their heart set on it, get…
