  • Just try not to replace gluten foods with the gluten free version. Try veggies instead. For example, try spaghetti sauce over broccoli. It's delicious and it makes it easier to eat healthy and GF.

  • I cannot eat gluten either. Try making a batch of homemade chili for the week. Large can of V8, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, lean beef, and onions. No noodles.
