Coconut oil has a higher heat temp to cook in. I use cold pressed virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil which is my prefrence and favourite to fry in. All are excellent oils to use though.

It feels kinda like a balancing game in the start..im holding my maintenance weight steady at the moment mainly by weighing daily and adding foods slowly to see what makes me gain and what i can get away with eating. Im eating around 1500cals a day any less than that dont do any good for me. I guess everyone is different…

Im in a weightloss group we are all shapes and sizes. What we do is give each other our clothes that are to big. Like i just gave another member my size 26 clothes bcos she needed clothing that wernt size 32. And another lady gave me her size 20 clothes bcos she was given size 16. And so on.. i guess its kinda a pay it…

I know the feeling of making the $ stretch. New zealand is one of the expensive countrys in the world to live althou its where i am born n bred wouldnt change it for anything. I use to buy what was cheap n freeze it. Buy cheap frozen veg. And also buy canned foods. Id also take clippings of plants and grow my own produce.…

60% is recommended intake for me but i do maybe 25-30% which does me ok for the day.

I will admit i am fat. Fat because i ate to much of my mums yum food. Fat because of a medical condition. But not from been lazy. It is true some get fat from laziness but slim people can be just as lazy if not lazier..its ashame lots of society still think your lazy if your fat.
