Hello im looking for more keto friends, im doing keto to fend off diabetes which i have successfully done. the weightloss is a definate bonus aswell. My diary is open to friends so it would be good to get advice on foods recipes excercise and anything else that comes to mind.

im on day 10 i found it really hard for the first 4 days suffered with migraines and no energy. but day after day its slowly getting easier. good luck on your journey. and keep us updated
