The top bag is one I put in the freezer as a prepared meal and turned it into the one below. Very quick and easy on a late nite.1

There started, for the freezer.4 servings of each. Plain rice, can be eaten as is, or made into fried rice with a little garlic, soy sauce, mixed veges etc.
Spaghetti noodles, I use for stir fries with a little soy sauce and sesame oil. Or just drop them in a soup instead of udon
Pasta twists my fav with a saucy stuff, which tends to go inside the twists.
Brown rice salad, made with spring onions, peanuts, raisins and curry.
All of these can be taken for lunch with salad and a small tin of fish.
