I think it helps to plan out what I will eat in a given day the night before. That way I know i'm under my limits and I know where I have flexibility. This helps me avoid splurges and untrackable meals.

Totally agree about lifestyle change. I HATE exercise, so I'm trying to do this just by adjusting my eating. It's so hard!

Vodka soda with lime AND a splash of cranberry. SO GOOD. And I agree, dance it all off! Just stay away from the drunk food... this is always my problem.
