firstly yeah the majority of my sugar is natural (i have alot of natural probitic greek yogurt, either 0% fat or 2%), and milk so lactose. I eat a variety of vegetables too. I have the same problem, and often find ill be at my daily limit but feel hungry before bed, and sometimes wake up feelign hungry but dont wat to eat much before sleeping, so what I find works is if I have some warm/ hot milk, usually skimmed milk or half and half it does the trick: it really helps me to get to sleep and…
