i need to be on a lowfat diet (as per my dr) is there a way, within my profile or anything, to change it so that the numbers/daily intake goals reflect a lower fat diet? (i hope this made sense)

i'm out of my ever-loving mind! i thought i was going to start exercising with billy blanks in the morning and transfirmer in the afternoon??? billy just kicked my butt with his 8 minute power rounds...including the stretching, 200 calories in 20 minutes... i can't believe stretching got my heart rate so freaking high!…

i freaking LOVE this! i just put in my lunch and what i plan for dinner... and i still have 300 calories for snacks today!!!!! it says i haven't hit my goal for fat today...i assume that's not a huge problem?

there is no way 140 is the top for 5'9... i'm 5'8 and my top is 164...my low is either 125 or 130...i don't remember... 100 is NOT the low weight for 5'9...
