I really like Combat Crunch bars, Kind bars, Quest protein chips, string cheese, or cashews as healthier snacks. I am a flexible dieter, so I will also eat things like a Fiber One cookie or Entenmann's mini muffins if I am craving them. Both are under 200 calories, but they don't have the best macros. It's all about…

Some of my favorites are greek yogurt with PB2 mixed in and single serve cups of oatmeal. If I don't have anywhere to be in the mornings, I will make scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, steel-cut oats with fruit and protein powder, or a breakfast sandwich with cheese, turkey bacon, and one whole egg. I recently found…

I'm a college student, too, so I understand your struggle! My biggest time saving tip is to meal prep and make good use of a crockpot. On Sundays, my boyfriend and I prep our lunches for the week, so we don't have to worry about it through the week. Also, a crockpot is your best friend! Most of your favorite recipes can be…

I've never liked Yoplait greek yogurt, but I'm really into the Yoplait Plenti right now! I love the crunch of the seeds in it.

I don't notice a difference in weight or appetite when I'm drinking green tea regularly.

I didn't puke, but I definitely felt SUPER nauseous all the time with it! I had to take it about an hour or two before bed just so I wouldn't feel nauseous all day long. Glad you're off it and hope you're feeling better. :)

Thanks for the link! I will check it out.

But from what I understand, I need to be eating less than my BMR to lose weight. Can you explain TDEE? Sorry. It all confuses me!

Thanks so much for the replies! I really appreciate it. Like I said, I just want to be healthy. If that's at one or less than one pound a week, it's okay. I don't really always enjoy the exercise, but I feel good about myself if I do it. I feel accomplished. And I like good so being able to eat an extra few hundred…

I eat breakfast almost every day because I'm more likely to binge for lunch if I don't. Like others said, I don't think it's necessary. Just personal preference. :)

Hey, Shed! I was like you about a year ago. Not because I hated water but because I can't drink a big amount of anything. Something that worked REALLY well for me was a Camelbak water bottle. It has a straw and that helps me drink more. I sip on it all day. My mom has also started drinking more thanks to it! Maybe try a…

That's awesome! How long did it take? BTW, I went to Hawaii last June. You will NOT regret it. It's exactly as advertised. :)

Thanks everyone! I don't have a HRM or anything, so I basically guess how many calories I burn with the 30 Day Shred. I'm thinking about getting the FitBit to get a more accurate estimate. Anyone suggest it?

Thanks for the reply! I know it'll be a long haul. The weight didn't come on over night, and it's not coming off over night. It's just disappointing to work so hard and not see a decrease in numbers come weigh in time. I've seen an increase in my endurance, though! I'm not so out of breath these days.

5'8", 264lbs, & a size 24. I carry basically all my weight in my stomach.

Maybe a 6 or 7? I think I have a pretty face and nice boobs! Haha.

Definitely noticed some cute guys on MFP. ;) Some very gorgeous women, too!

I was just like you! And I have to agree with you on the money thing. I'm saving AT LEAST $20-$40 a week. It's sad to say I was spending that much.

I miss the fast food, but it is no challenge compared to putting forth effort to exercise. I absolutely dread it every single day. Haha. Even Zumba doesn't make it any better!

The more you weigh/the taller you are, the more calories you can have. Men can have more calories than women, too. I'm 5'8", 264lbs, & female. In order to lose around 2lbs a week, I can eat about 1800 calories. I try to keep it under 1500, though.

I lost 30lbs in two months (and obviously gained it back, blerghhhh) using Alli along with diet/exercise a couple years ago. Several of my family members have had long term success with it, too.

Ninja, I'm sure I can speak for almost all of us when I say we have "fallen off the wagon" more times than we can count. It's part of this crazy roller coaster of weight loss. My suggestion is maybe a "cheat day" or "cheat meal." Incorporate one day a week where you can eat one meal of your choosing (somewhat within…

We have about the same goal. Feel free to add me! Been going strong on my diet for two weeks today. We can do this TOGETHER. :)

Congratulations! You should be PROUD! :) I'm at a size 24 in jeans right now, & I can't wait 'til I can say the same. People like you give me motivation!
