Im new to the group .. today I start the second month of insanity .. im a bit nervous not gunna lie lol.. we will see how I do in the fit test yikes! so far I have seen more definition even tho I only do it 5 days instead of the 6 days that is recommended. happy so far.

since I'm 4'11 almost 5' my goal is to maintain at 105.. so far I've gotten to my goal (102lbs currently) and I'm maintaining at a 20bmi so yay!
