  • I love to hike and most kids do too! I went for a massive hike yesterday and was so puffed afterwards, you can also take bikes on most tracks as well if someone doesn't feel like walking :)

  • Hey :) Sometimes I get really bad back pain from doing them on the ground, when that happens I use an Exercise ball. I'm not sure if you can use one or not in your case but it definitely feels more comfortable and there's no hard surfaces.

  • You should try baked kale chips, here's a recipe link: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/baked-kale-chips/ I was so nervous about trying them since they were green and a part of the cabbage family but they were delicious! And low in calories being 100 for 2 bunches including oil and salt :)
