Thanks everyone. I do weigh myself everymorning at the same time. I think I will try just weighing myself twice a week and measuring myself and see how that goes. Its great to have this support.

I have been using myfitnesspal for about 3 1/2 weeks and lost 7 pounds and I am overjoyed but for the last week I go up and down by a pound or two on the scale. I am getting upset with myself. I need motivation!! Any great advice out there?:smile:
