I've been busy working on a 10 page paper for my class, but am meeting all goals except logging in for the challenge and drinking all the water. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Day 18: A slightly better day. I followed my planned meals until I came home from the high school football game a while ago and had hot coca and a roll. Kept to the maximum time between meals. Everything is logged. I'll drink the last of the water before going to bed.

Day 16: I was over 250 calories today picking at leftovers. It may be because I was over the four maximum between meals. Did 60 mins xercise, drank all water, wrote everything in the log. Day 15: I did 60 minutes cardio, and strength training. Drank all 64 ounces of water, logged everything I ate, and stayed within 4 hours between meals. A good day.

Update for days 10 and 11: I did not do too badly on Thursday, just 200 calories over, 60 mins cardio, but only 40 ounces of water. Day 8: I did 60 mins cardio, crunches, and strength training. I drank 64 ounces of water, ate smething before the four hour maximum between meals, and logged all I ate. I'm still planning my meals in advance, and have started to carry healthy snacks in my handbag. It was a good day.

Day 3: This was a much better day. I stayed in the green, did 60 mins cardio, and 100 crunches. Ate on time and stuck to what I had planned. Put everything into the log. I've only drank 48 ounces of water so far, but will try to reach target before I go to sleep. It has been a hooray day!

That was me yesterday, but today was better. Letting go of bad eating days and going one day at a time helps. I've been reviewing my daily logs to find what may be similar about the days I eat badly. I've started writing comments in the eating log to help me remember.
