  • When I am struggling and feeling like its so far away. I turn to others for support an encouragement. I have a huge support system at my gym, at my Zumba class, at home, and with my friends. I also find to have smaller short term goals to focus on helps from keeping me discourage from the ultimate long term goal.

  • try banana pancakes. take 1 banana and 2 eggs and mash the banana completely. mix them together put them on a pan cook at medium heat. they are under 250 calories and you get 2-3 medium size pancakes. they are delicious all natural and easy to make. i found the recipe on fb

  • I am 5'10", I was told by my doctor a reasonable weight for that height is around 165. Its perfect for you bmi. I am shooting for 170-175 right now. It all depends on your body structure to. Talk with your doctor about what the best weight for your height and weight should be. They can help you get a better idea.

  • I weigh in clothes. I use the scale at my work as I work in a nursing home. We have an accurate bath tub scale. lol I only weigh in every 5-9 days and I do it at random to not discourage me if I didn't lose any weight.
