I just caught onto this forum. Since January 11, I have missed 1 day of exercise, whether it be a 20 calorie burning workout ondemand, or anything else I do at the gym/whatnot... as of today, I am at 936 minutes. I have been a binge eater for years. THAT my friend, is nothing. I can honestly say I have been binge free for months..thanks to a great therapist.
