If you only live an hour and a half away...get your butt there!!! I live an hour away and go weekly during the summer. I live in New England but have been all up and down the east coast, Gulf Coast, West Coast including Hawaii. There is nothing more peaceful than the ocean. Day or night.

Becareful with the sugar free in public places!!! GAS!! If you dig chocolate, I have found sugar free fudgcicles are great for the craving and only 40 calories!!!
