    Total : 75.53

    So, didn't hit the minimum for last week. but I'll get it next week!!

    Mon: 30 minutes strength/cardio
    Tue: rest
    Wed: 30 minutes cardio/strength
    Thur: 30 minutes yoga, 40 minutes treadmill AND 60 minutes salsa class

    I fully intended to do cardio tonight but my body had other ideas! I'm feeling like crap and just can't manage any more today. Hopefully I'll be back to normal after a good night's sleep.
