    2.27 Monday - 30 mins walking with hand weights
    2.28 Tuesday - 0
    2.29 Wednesday - 105 minutes hiking
    3.1 Thursday - 35 minutes playing kinect
    3.2 Friday - 210 minutes hiking
    3.3 Saturday - about to go on a jog!!!
    3.4 Sunday

    210 - 30 - 105 - 35 - 210 = 170 OVER my goal!!!!

    Tue: 85 mins = 10 mins 200 arm curls + 45 mins nike train + 30 mins tread 3.5
    Wed: 45 mins = 30 mins arm/legs/butt 15 min tread @ 5.0
    Thur: 45 mins = 45 mins Nike Train
    Fri: 60 mins = 45 mins cadrdio + 15 mins legs/situps/pushups

    Thur: Rest day active work
    Fri: 60 minutes (35 run, 25 walk)
