Thank you. I've always had it in my head that "fruit sugar is still sugar", too. I suppose I was just clouded by the thought that fruit in all forms is good for you. I experienced this yesterday, but after my workout rather than during. I had oats around an hour beforehand as well, so I suppose that could've been the problem from what people are saying.

I could understand it if I was eating processed food all the time, but I was a bit concerned when I noticed I was way over my sugar allowance and making everything from scratch (salads, etc). I rediscovered my Tae Bo Basic VHS last week and that's what kick-started my weight loss goals. I did wonder if techniques/knowledge about such regimes had advanced a lot in 2 decades, but it can't be all bad - look at Billy!
