Hey, Firstly always eat before you go shopping it's a nightmare when you're hungry and you usually make the wrong choices. Secondly, pre plan your dinners for the week, and write a list of what you need! It's as simple as that... Good luck.

ACV also works outside the body on unsightly warts and verrucas!!! The acid in the ACV kills off the roots!! I belive I read somewhere that it is very difficult to get a flat stomach after a c-section as the docs have to cut through your muscles in your stomach to get the baby out and this destroys the ability for the muscles to be used properly after healing... I'd eat your friends food... but if you keep your portion at the bbq small and load up with salad don't go back for second helpings and forego the beer you should be alright. Just eat really healthy over the next few days........:happy:
