Hey guys! I did the one last year with a group of friends in Channahon. It was definitely a blast and a good time. Ive ran in a reguakr 5k prior to the Warrior Dash(also a 5k) and the Warrior Dash seemed to go by a lot faster between all the obstacles and fun along the way. Hang in there, When you wake up in the morning itll be a brand new day! I dont think you would have gained two lbs, but if you did its just water weight. Come Monday morning youll be as good as new! :)

Well obviously I am EPIC haha! But I'm sure thats not the case with the muscle gain. From all of your comments and a little research it looks like water gain and swollen muscles. We shall see!
