  • Me too I like a drink, not because I feel I need it to wind down or to get drunk (sometimes i do get a bit carried away) but because I enjoy it! a nice red, a different real ale or a superb single malt. :drinker:
  • I love pumpkin pie but only get it at xmas in the UK, My family are all in the states except my mom and we have had pumpkin pie at xmas for as long as i can remember. today I had too much ........... alcohol!!! but hey its the weekend :drinker: :happy:

I think that 300 is a more realistic goal (without killing yourself) I work long hours and find it hard to fit the time in to do 1000 calories, that is a zumba class and a 40 min walk for me.   • Well done :flowerforyou: 1lb a week is healthy keep it up :happy: Just an Idea, but as some of us have struggled to hit the 1000 calories a day (my god its hard) what do you think about burning 300 a day (or more) but not eating them? so your food diary will be 300 calories (or more) to the good (in the green)? For 1 week?

  • I Have just started running and my Husband cycles we get our stuff from Wiggle they are always having offers and sales, the more you buy the larger the discount. I hope that has been of some use, Im not sure if they deliver over seas but it might be worth a look.
