  • when i know im exercising i drink loads of water before during and after. Maybe you are forgeting to breath properly during exercise? I have to concentrate on my breathing when im doing something strenuious and pushing myself.
  • start with just 4 min work out do it at your own pace and you will see a difference, as you get fitter you can add more sets and do more reps of your chosen exercise's. I have a tabata timer on my phone that I use at home. I have only just got up to doing more than 4 mins (1 set)

  • I agree with the tip, If it is for a "lounge do" then leggings would make it look classy. A night out on the town hitting the clubs its awsome. At the end of the day hun only you can decide.

  • 1045 burnt today and another 250 jump jacks done (phew) just 500 to go! I have found doing them in sets of 50 has helped. 452 in hand so im feeling pretty pleased with myself, thats after 2 pints and half a bottle of wine :drinker: do we have a new challange yet?
