    Using the MY Fitness Pal app on iPhone has been one of the keys plus a different mindset. What I mean by that is we are not focused on "losing weight" but on getting healthy and feeling better

    I completely agree with you Geo, It is the lifestyle change that will make the most difference and keep you where you want to be.

    You look amazing! WELL DONE! Its people like yourself that inspire others :drinker:
