I tried to update the original thread that I put up in the summer, but it doesn't want to play, so here's a new one.

I'm 6 months into my new lifestyle and nearly two thirds of my way to goal. I've now lost a total of 44.1kg (97lb).

I wouldn't have ever got this far without the support and inspiration I've received here on MFP, so thank you all, and hopefully I can help someone else do the same.
