I'm about 5'1"...SW was 200 and now I'm down 20 to 180. I'd be happy to get to 140, but that still is a bit out of the "healthy" BMI range. So I guess ultimately I'd like to shoot for 130. If I keep going at this rate, I should be at my first goal by June (which would be a year from when I started)...*fingers crossed*
