Mostly I also weight myself every day, and I agree with you it does annoys me a lot and sometimes contributes to breaking the diet. So I think this time I will weight myself twice a week - Wednesday and Sunday.

Thank you to all of you guys, now i don't have doubt that i came to the right place. Now I am really motivated. And yes I agree I picked a hard time to loose weight bc of the holidays, but I do not want to delay it anymore, it has to be NOW. No more Tomorrows !

I understand that, its just hit me this year that I am getting older.
