I agree on the once a week theory same time etc. Though when I do weigh myself a few days in a row... the fluctuation motivates me to work harder! even though it probably isn't realistic.. :ohwell:

I would also guess that you are having too few calories. Happened to me just last week. I was having between 850 and 1100 calories when i should be at about 1500. Went up to about 1200 and am feeling better.
