Right now Zone Perfect Fudge Graham are my favorite.

I have used 21 day fix and like it. I lose weight if I stick to it. The shakeology isn't necessary maybe but it does help me get to my protein amount. For me it was almost too much food. The only challenge for me was getting all the fruits and veggies.

Please just don't give up! I am the same height as you and have the same goal--just have a little more than you to lose. Feel free to friend me or talk it out on here whenever you need to.

I get motivation from reading these boards. It reminds me that I can do this!

You all can add me too if you like. My problem is eating and eating and eating and eating!!!

I agree. I am trying to go to the gym several days a week for fitness, but I have seen weight loss when I don't exercise at all. It's about eating the right amount of calories.

I started drinking diet dr pepper when I was trying to ditch my regular coke habit. It doesn't decrease cravings for emotional eating, but it does give me a taste and fizz that helps curb my boredom eating.

It's not easy but so worth it to stay within calories! Remembering how just staying within my calories makes the scale go down motivates me to continue.

I am 28 and losing weight too!

Eating makes me feel so good too!!! It is SO hard!!!

I work night shift and so on my nights off it's hard to entertain myself without food!

I need to lose 30-40 at least too!

I get the munchies too, usually when I get home from work. It's when I'm done for the day/night but I'm not sleepy yet that it's the worst. I know it's not the healthiest thing, but diet dr. pepper really helps me control cravings. Maybe just the fizz and the flavor. And the caffeine helps me stay awake at work all night…

Never been skinny, and was a fan of sweets since real little. So getting bigger in my 20's kind of came natural! It's slowly starting to come off.

This thread is very informative! I drink diet dr pepper and have had success losing weight as long as I keep within my calories.

You can do this! I know how it is to be starting once again. Just keep starting again every time you slip up or stop for awhile.

It's hard! Especially when you feel down or sad or angry or stressed, we've trained ourselves that eating food will make us happy.

My free meals are when I eat out with friends occassionally. That way I keep myself on track but still get to enjoy great food and a great time without trying to calculate what I can eat without going over my limits!

For me it's about finding small changes that I can stick to. For right now it's simply staying under calorie goals, and that's working so far.

keep logging ALL your food

I'm 5'10" and I'd love to get down to 160.

I don't always record calories when I've given myself a "free" day or it's just a bad day that goes downhill and turns into a free day! Then I feel like I can start fresh the next day and ignore all the food I ate the day before!

I have a lot of odd eating hours too, between work and school. I work a lot of nights but have to be up all day for classes on school days. Sometimes it helps me to count a midnight meal as the next day's breakfast. Just keep tracking what you eat, even if the calories don't always add up on the "weird" days. Tracking what…

I keep grapes in my fridge, and it's really easy to grab some and put them in a bag or container and eat them wherever. Plus I love them so it's one of the only healthy foods I can get myself to eat very much of.

Reminds me to get enough sleep! I work and go to school so sometimes I sleep during the day instead of at night, and it can get tricky to find time to sleep!
