i am breastfeeding yes, so i don't want to get to aggressive with my workout yet. just trying to incorporate fitness as part of my daily life. my trouble here is that i really lack willpower!!!! where do i find willpower?

i was kinda thinking the same thing. i'm only like 20 calories over for the day which i suppose isn't too bad.............just feel like i didn't come thru. i'll be sure to go at it first thing in the am.

is it true if you work out late at night (like right now at 9:30ish) that i won't be able to go to sleep for a while? i was planning on working out at 8pm but my son had a hysterical crying fit for an hour :cry: i am upset and frustrated now both because of my poor little guys scream fest and because i didn't work out…

yes you burn about 500 caloriws a day breastfeeding. thats why i need those calories added to my plan.

i actually saw that site the other day. i ran (a run/walk combo) Wednesday and did ok. I got on my treadmill today to see how long i can actually run and i ended up doing 60 second run and 2 minute walk. not to shabby to start i suppose. i'll keep doing that until i feel i can do 60/90. i just have thses daydreams of being…

ok now that i am adding in my foods and exercise i can see where it allows me extra calories. it makes sense now. and can i add.....................................STUPID STUPID SPRITE!!!!!!!!!!!! one Sprite was about as many calories as my entire lunch!!!!!!! i never compared it like that before! thats nuts!!!!!
