same pooch story here....little guy is almost 3 years old now and I've been unable to lose the weight I gained with him. The pouch is definitely still there. I don't really expect that it will fully go away. I just want my pooch to stop protruding under my waistline when i put on pants. it makes me look so bloated. =(

yes that does make sense. so going along that line of thought (burning more calories for the rest of the day) - if I work out at 8pm am i losing the extra time in the day to burn more calories? is it more beneficial to work out at noon so my body can stay rev'd uup longer? i never thought about weighting the stroller. good idea. i live right at the top of a little hill and was thinking maybe i just need to go up and down and up and down and up and down with the stroller. my neighbors will think i'm nuts but oh well.
