lose* now* and this is my first time trying to lose weight. and i am 65 days into it today.

lose* loose weight would be gross.

i've always wanted to move out of the country. i figure i gotta move out of the rents' house in the next few years so i might as well make a big move and get out of this ****-hole of a country.

you have to do toning exercises along the way to your goal to keep your skin shrinking with you. as long as it isn't 100% cardio then you should be able to lose the extra skin.

could have sworn my FITNESS pal would be about fitness. if not my boyfriend won't be too happy.

since i started my diet, lunch meat sandwhiches are my go-to meal to fill me up. i get oscar mayer deli fresh turkey, kraft provolone, light miracle whip, and sara lee 45 calorie bread. the sandwhich is really filling and hits just over 200 cals. the bread in particular is amazing to me because i haven't seen any other…

i told boyfriend to get me anything and everything tardis but his money is limited so idk if i'll get anything. the mug is awesome though but i rarely drink out of mugs. i want the floating tardis desk toy thing. :)
