i wish there were a way to count complex sugars and simple sugars separately. the simple sugars in fruit aren't going to harm you as long as you eat in moderation. a bowl of strawberries each night is not the sugar you need to worry about. the bad sugars are the complex ones in processed foods. try not to worry too much…

i would be more concerned with how the medication will affect her mood rather than her weight. although i can't name the medication(s) my sister is on, she gained quite a bit of weight. but i think it has to do more with the fact that with her condition, she doesn;t work and sits at home all day and refuses to eat well. on…

neither. the money would be for boyfriend and me to go through school and get a nice place. i would use my own abilities to clean and cook for my family.

if i counted anything unhealthy as cheating i would be "cheating" every single day. and daily cheating would mean i'd never lose weight, which is not the case. my cheat days are when i not only go above my caloric limit but when i basically say "**** it. i'm eating whatever and not logging it."

i have long and thick hair. so it's really heavy. i have to pull it back into a bun, braid the bangs and clip them back, and then wear a cotton headband and pin that down to my head as well. and even then i still have issues.
