I was during my warm-up last night before my run when some woman yelled out her window "You're a FATTY" First I am not FAT I am a little overweight and two thanks for pissing me off I ran 4.5 miles last night my personal best. In your face woman.

I am also in a situation similar to yours. I am a stay at home mom not alot of money to spend. I have the 30 Day shred dvd from Jillian Michaels. Its only 10 dollars and it works, I have lost 2 inches from my hips already. Also if you have netflix you can rent dvds from there.

I am breastfeeding my daughter who is 1 1/2 . It sounds like you are doing a great job, if your son is growing than stick to what you are doing.

Have done level 1 day 6 this morning :) Thanks to you ladies I have been motivated and excited to do my workouts. It helps having support from women who are going through the same things. Thanks for keeping me on track :)

While doing level two of the shred my ankles would hurt whenever I would jump. I was also running about 2 miles which didn't help my ankles. I bought two ankle braces which helped take the pressure off of the jumps and after a few days rest I am able to do the shred and run without problems. I didn't have the problems you…

I am so ready to start the shred again. I had to quit about a week ago because I got an injury. Unfortunately I have to hold off on jogging a little longer :( but at least I am able to exercise again. YAY!!!!!

I'm on level 1 day 7 and am not sore anymore!!! YAY. The only problem I have is the weights, I use 3 lbs in right hand and 5 in the left because of a sprain I had not to long ago. Hopefully I can work my way up ti 5 lbs it feels weird lol

I'm with you :) I started the shred 3 days ago, its a good workout, but makes you very sore. From what I have read about the results from the dvd, most just lose inches so that's what I'm going to keep track of. Good luck and am looking forward to doing the shred with you all.
