When you post your calories burned does it affect the total. I haven't seen my adjust and have only been a member a little over a week. Am I missing something or doing it wrong. I need those burned calories to offset any intake. Help.

I have found if I can wait about 45 minutes past the growling loud noises and uncomfortable feeling you actually aren't as hungry as the initial pains. Try water.

Thanks, so much. I am finding it is really helpful and what an eye opener. I have tried every clinical diet and then some. I forget from years ago it is simply calorie counting and exercise. Looking forward to being part of such a great group.

Me too, I am finding that keeping track is really a helpful tool if I can get to dinner with out using all my calories. Wow - what a realization of how much you really consume! I wonder if I can track on my Blackberry Bold? Anyone know?
