Morning! I was over my calories by 53, I'm not going to worry about it. Overall I think I did good and I'm doing much better with getting in my water. I've done Zumba before, it could be the instructor but I find its just a warm up class. I'm not a fan it. Thank goodness there are so many different types of workouts so everyone has an opportunity to find their favorite.

The last couple of days I have added Crystal light packets and Decaf green tea. These still counts as H20.

Morning! Good for you on getting in some type of exercise in yesterday. I was under calories by 65 yesterday. Yay me! I also did pretty good on my water intake. I bought some decaf green tea last night since I've gotten bored with plain ole water. I'm not giving up on plain water, I just need to mix it up a bit.

You may not be eating enough. You mentioned you eat 3 meals a day, you should try and incorporate snacks inbetween meals to keep your metabolism going.

I agree with others, walking is great. Or you could play your favorite music, add lots of volume and dance around. Dancing is great exercise too.

I usually take Sunday's off. I workout out this past Sunday but it was a light workout out routine.

I did not weigh in this week because I was retaining quite a bit of water so I'll see what happens at WI this Friday. I was over my calories on both Saturday (-125) and Sunday (-325). I'm certainly not proud of that but I guess it could have been worse. It can always be worse.

I made things easy for me, I did my regular 60min weight/cardio workout and didn't add on at the end like I have been doing. I've been so tired. I used all but 124 calories yesterday.

The other day I made toast, used smart balance, splenda and sugar. It did the trick for me.

You can make your own heathy versions of nuggets, pizza and mac and cheese. IMHO, you are going to have to find some willpower, unless you never plan on leaving your house there are tempations everywhere.

Theresa~ I have lots of fun teaching. I can't believe I get paid to have fun. I really do think working out can be fun, course I act like a fool and they eat it up. Somtimes I do struggle to get to the gym but feel so much better afterwards. I love that feeling.
