Well, week 2 day 2...I am spent. I taught 2 aerobic classes only to come home and do Pure Cardio. I was yelling and cursing at the TV. Only 7 weeks and 4 days until I'm done. I'm looking forward to Sunday rest...well, sort of rest. I have a 5k run. At this point I think a 5k is a lot easier than Insanity.:tongue:

Good for you on sticking through with it. I could have been so easy to give up. BTW, the burger and chocolate cake sounds devine right about now. lol

So hard to stay focus and eat healthy at a Mexican Restaurant ....there is always a bowl of chips and salsa singing your name. I finished my first week...Monday starts Week 2. I'm excited and nervous.

BflSaberfan ~ Thanks for the tip. I'm at 1400 and it's definately not working for me. I'm upping it today. I went shopping last night looking for ways to add healthy calories, so easy to add junk. ~Lisa~

Day 5 Done! All I can say is holy smokes. Insanity is kicking my butt. One thing I must work on it my calorie intake. I'm not eatin nearly enough. I have to come up with a better plan.

Week 1 day 3 and I couldn't get out of bed this morning. I will be doing it right after work. I am an aerobics instructor, I'm trying to find the right balance between my workouts and what I do teaching. I must say....2 days and it's kicking my butt. I'm definately outside of my confort zone which is a god thing.

I started Insanity yesterday. I don't have my stats on my fit test with me at work but I'll update later. I was up this morning at 5am doing pylo cardio...and holy smokes! Feels good though

I'm down 6.2 since Saturday. If I lose anymore this week I may not be able to report since I will be pass out on my bathroom floor.

I am also looking forward to the St Patty's day challenge. I changed my weight loss goal from 15 to 20lbs. I need to get rid of the 20's lbs!!

I am a daily weigher. Yes, I know it isn't a good thing to do but I count my Saturday morning WI. Anyway, I've been down every day since Saturday. I switched to South Beach and I'm down by quite a bit to far. I just need to hold on strong. Does this challenge end on Friday or Saturday?

chrissy~ I have a t-shirt that says "Save the TaTa's" I love it! It was my brothers and he gave it to me. He says he never picked up so many girls in 1 night of wearing the t-shirt out. He was afraid girls would get offended but it had the reverse effect.

I started last year using the Couch to 5k program. It was very easy to do. I was not a running my any means before that. I gradually worked my way up to it. And if I don't have great tunes to listen to, I can run 0 miles. :wink: It's all about the music with me.

I don't have anything scheduled until Mother's day. I'm trying to find one for April but I usually go out of town in April so I'm afraid to sign up for anything yet until my vacation plans get ironed out.
