It's only Tuesday, still have a few days to make your goals. I switched to South Beach last Saturday. I'm still journaling and it has made a huge difference. We shall see what happens on Friday. Everyone have a great day!

I'm definately in! I'll finish with the Valentine Challenge then start this one on 2/16. I'm going to shoot for 5lbs lost by St Pattys day. Good luck everyone.

My goal was 5lb by Valentine's day but I don't think I'll make it. I'm actually up 3 lbs. I updated my ticker and new weight lost goal. I have changed my diet. I started the South Beach diet on Saturday. I woke up this morning feeling lighter. I'm not jumping on the scale yet though.

I'm still consistant with my workouts and eating. Scale hasn't moved and my pants feel tighter. :angry: BUT I keep going.....

Thanks for the info Kellch! This week I changed up my food intake. Adding about 50g more protein a day then before. I also cut back on the extra cardio I was doing. The time I used to spend on extra cardio is now used to lift heavy weights.

Morning All! My scale still hasn't budged but I'm still counting calories and started back up with heavy weight training last week. I'm plugging along.

:tongue: I love the way I feel after a good workout. Maybe there is something wrong with me. :smile: And I never workout my Polar HRM. I'm amazed at how many calories you can burn in an hour.

I completely feel you on being addicted to working out. I teach aerobics 6 days a week and absolutely love it. I do my own workout before or after class. (Heavy weight training/cardio)

Good luck on not weighing yourself until next wednesday. I'm a daily weigher and it would be very difficult for me to cut that out.

I hear you on the scale not moving. I right there with you. I have started to fix things up with week. Added heavy weight training and using my hula hoop more often just to keep the fun in working out. Keep it going.

Good Morning kellch! Yesterday I had 59 calories to spare. I did 45 min of cardio/weight training and 15min on my hula hoop. Today's challenge is dinner. I'm going out with the girls to an Italian restaurant. We only order antipasta salad and fried calamari and share. It isn't a lot of food but we make up for it in drinks.…

I love my weighted hula hoop. I use it whenever possible at home. It used to make be giggle a lot, I felt like a kid again. Now I do 15min intervals. It's fun and it a great abdominal workout.

I started keeping track of my sodium intake last week and each day I'm about 800mg under the 2500 limit. I have noticed the last couple of days I've been extremely thirsty. I even keep a water bottle on my night stand because I wake up thirsty. I make sure I get at least 80oz of water a day. I do cook alot and use Mrs Dash…

I was over calories yesterday by 19. I just may up my calorie intake. I"m at 1290 and burn at least 600calories Monday's thru Saturday. Sunday's I started doing some light cardio and burn 300's. Just this week I started lifting heavy weights again. The only thing I see on the scale is weight gain not loss. :mad: :explode:…

Yesterday I was under calories by 33. I started lifting heavy weights again. I felt pretty good afterwards. My plan is to included at least 2 days of heavy weights. We shall see what happens. kellch~ hope you feel better.
